NDSU | Dining Meal Plan Cards Issues

USE: If there is a card swipe issue at one of the point of sale devices supported by Dining please complete and submit this form to report the issue and start remediation

How it works:

1. Sharepoint item created
2. Notifications for the sharepoint item will go to Dining Central Administration and Dinint IT
3. Items submitted will be process in a timely manor however if items are submitted late in the day or after business hours it may take 1-2 days to full go effect on all reporting.
